Paul Anthony Pierce (born October 13,1977) is an American professional basketball player at Shooting Guard for the Boston Celtics of the NBA. Pierce was drafted 10th overall in 1998 NBA Draft by the Celtics out of Inglewood High School. Pierce is known for his unstoppable scoring ablility putting up 23 PPG and 79 FG%.
Pierce was joined by NBA All-Stars Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett in 2007-08. This new "Big 3" helped Pierce win his first NBA Championship as a member of the Celtics.
